Just Bust a Move…

A rare day off work gave me a chance to take a longer than usual run, and also to redress the fact that I haven’t blogged here for about 3 months. For shame!

For a little while I’ve been neglecting my runs, choosing to run at a higher intensity for a shorter time, and cutting my five runs a week down to a piffling three. Today, however, I decided to line up a few old school tracks to lift the senses, reduce the intensity, and push myself to run for a little longer.

My goal? 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week. With Young MC on my side, anything is possible…
